The problem
Cloud dictation tools were unusable for work that cannot send audio off the device.
What we built
A .NET 8 and WPF desktop app using local Whisper transcription, global hotkey capture, live overlay preview and safe text injection into the active app.
How it works
A hotkey starts capture anywhere in Windows, silence auto-commits the phrase, and the text is injected into whatever app has focus.
Results
Delivered with signed installers, release automation and versioned CI/CD publishing.
